Information Collected
We collect personally identifiable information (information that identifies an individual person) that you submit to the Site, which includes or may include the following:

The above describes information that you would deliberately submit. With respect to documents you submit, you should be careful to redact any personal, privileged, or confidential information contained in the document including tracked changes, document properties, and other metadata that you do not intend to share with others. We are not responsible for identifying such information in the documents you submit the results in improper or inadvertent disclosures of confidential information through the Site.
PLEASE NOTE: Anonymous Document Submission is no Guarantee of Anonymity. The Site allows users to offer documents for sale through the Site without associating their user or personal name with the document to other users (an “Anonymous Submission”). When this option is selected in submitting a document, the description page for the document will list the user offering the document as “Anonymous”. This is intended, for example, to allow a user to offer a document that may have imperfections (although still useful to purchasers) without generally and publicly associating their name with the document. However, this feature should not be relied on as an absolute guarantee that the user will never be revealed as having submitted, offered, or sold the document. Documents you submit are linked to you and your name and other information in our database. Technical and human errors in operation of the Site, identifying information revealed in communications, subpoenas, and other similar actions and proceedings, identifying meta- or other information in the document itself, and other causes could result in you being identified as the source of an Anonymous Submission.

Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting your Information
Certain of your information stored in the Site you can access, modify, or delete such as your profile information. (Certain required information you can only modify, but not leave blank.) See your profile page for this information. Other information such as comments you submit cannot be modified or removed by you once submitted. You can make a document you’ve offered to other users no longer available for sale, however, this does not remove the document from our database and prior purchasers of the document remain able to re-download the document from the Site even after you have made the document no longer available for sale.
If you wish to terminate your user account, you may request that we do so by contacting us at the email below in this section, however any such termination will not remove your information stored in the Site.
If you wish to have any of your information on the Site deleted, modified, or corrected in a manner that you are not able to accomplish yourself through the Site, you can send a request with appropriate details to support@contractcollective.com. We will make an effort, within a reasonable time thereafter, to accommodate your request although technical, practical, and other considerations may limit or prevent our ability to do so.
Use of the Site by Children
The Site is not directed to or intended for children under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information of or from such children. The Site is intended for licensed attorneys at least eighteen years of age or older. If you are younger than thirteen, please do not submit any information, personal or otherwise, to the Site. If a person 13 years of age or younger has provided personal information to us, a parent or guardian of such person can and should contact us at support@contractcollective.com so that we can endeavor remove such personal information from the Site.
California – Disclosure Regarding Do Not Track
The Site does not track, or knowingly enable any third party to track users of the Site over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
